Draft policy

Account Deletion Policy

Draft account deletion and data deletion request policy for web, mobile, tablet and desktop clients.

Attorney review required before this policy is used as final public legal language.

Draft status

This account deletion policy is a draft for attorney review and app-store readiness. It must match the actual in-app deletion and support workflow before submission.

How to request deletion

Users should be able to initiate account deletion from inside the authenticated app and from a public web request path.

Workspace owners/admins may need to transfer ownership, export data or satisfy billing/security checks before a workspace-level deletion is completed.

What may be deleted

Personal account profile data, authentication access and app-specific user settings should be deleted or deidentified where deletion is permitted.

Project records, invoices, contracts, audit logs, security events, legal acceptance records and tax/accounting records may be retained when needed for contract performance, legal obligations, dispute defense, fraud prevention, security or legitimate business records.

Timeline and verification

Deletion requests should require identity verification and should be completed within the approved legal/service window.

The final policy must define the support channel, verification steps, expected timeline and retained-data categories before App Store or Google Play submission.
