Prohibited activity
Users must not upload unlawful content, malware, stolen data, credentials, payment card numbers outside approved payment flows, or content that infringes third-party rights.
Users must not attempt to bypass RLS, scrape another workspace, attack OBRYX infrastructure, abuse transactional email, reverse engineer private APIs, probe systems without authorization or interfere with other customers.
Construction and safety use
OBRYX records can support project coordination, but users remain responsible for jobsite safety, permits, code compliance and professional review.
Photos, measurements, estimates and AI-assisted outputs must be checked before customer, legal, accounting or safety reliance.
Enforcement
OBRYX may throttle, suspend or terminate access for abuse, security risk, payment risk, unlawful use, sanctions risk or repeated policy violations, subject to the final Terms and applicable law.
OBRYX may preserve logs and workspace records needed to investigate abuse, protect the service, respond to legal process or defend claims.
