Draft status
These terms are an operational draft for attorney review. They are not final legal advice and must be approved before public launch, app-store submission or live billing.
Service scope
OBRYX provides a subscription workspace for construction operations, including project, field, document, client-access and billing-adjacent workflows.
OBRYX does not replace licensed legal, accounting, engineering, insurance, safety or tax advice.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for authorized user access, accurate project data, safe field practices, lawful uploads and timely review of generated records.
Customers must not rely on draft estimates, AI output, document templates or workflow suggestions as final professional determinations without qualified review.
Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans, trials, renewals, cancellations, taxes and refunds must follow the order form or billing terms affirmatively accepted by the customer before checkout or manual activation.
Automatic renewal terms, billing frequency, renewal price, cancellation method and trial conversion terms must be shown clearly before payment collection.
OBRYX may suspend write access or premium features for past-due, suspended or canceled subscriptions while preserving reasonable export access where required by policy.
Account owner authority
The person creating or administering a workspace represents that they have authority to bind the company, organization or customer account they manage.
Workspace owners/admins are responsible for inviting only authorized users, removing access when roles change and approving billing or enterprise terms.
Limits and availability
Plan limits may include users, active projects, apps, storage and AI usage caps.
OBRYX should not promise uninterrupted availability, third-party integration uptime or app-store availability until the operational SLA is approved.
AI, estimates and professional review
AI-assisted, automated or generated outputs are workflow aids only and may be incomplete, stale or incorrect.
Customers remain responsible for independent review of estimates, measurements, schedules, invoices, legal documents, tax treatment, code compliance, engineering judgments and jobsite safety decisions.
Liability and indemnity positions
Final terms should include a limitation of liability, warranty disclaimer, exclusion of indirect damages and customer indemnity for unlawful uploads, unsafe use, third-party claims caused by customer content or unauthorized access caused by customer administration.
Any liability cap, carveouts, governing law, dispute process and enterprise exceptions must be reviewed by counsel before paid launch.
Data export and termination
Customers should receive a documented way to export workspace data during the subscription and for a limited post-termination window, subject to security, payment and legal retention obligations.
OBRYX may retain logs, invoices, backup fragments and legal/security records where needed for compliance, dispute defense, fraud prevention or accounting.
